All construction debris must be removed prior to cleaning. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/rescheduling policy... To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 fee. If you reschedule within 30 days the fee will be credited towards the price of the clean. • If you have paid a down payment, please see the down payment policy. This policy helps ensure we have time to adjust our schedule and offer the opening to another client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Down Payment Policy for Large Jobs... For any job totaling over $350, a 50% down payment is required to secure your appointment. Please note: • If the cancellation policy is not followed (less than 24 hours’ notice), the down payment is non-refundable. • However, if you reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment, your down payment can still be applied to the new cleaning date. This policy ensures time is reserved specifically for your home and allows us to schedule with confidence and fairness for all clients. Payment policy... Payment is due in full at the time of service. If payment is not received within 24 hours after your cleaning, a $20 late fee will be added for each additional day the balance remains unpaid. Timely payment helps keep the schedule running smoothly and ensures continued service. Thank you for your understanding and support! Initial Clean Policy... To ensure your home meets the Miss Mops standard of cleanliness, the first cleaning will be priced slightly higher than ongoing maintenance cleans. Initial visits often require extra time and attention to bring the home up to the level of detail and care I’m proud to provide. Once that baseline is established, maintaining your space becomes much more efficient—ensuring consistent, high-quality results moving forward.
